The Search Technology integrates and provides access to various features,
services, or applications powered by third parties. The Search Provider is highly committed to protecting the rights of such third parties and maintaining its contractual and/or legal compliance obligations towards them. As part of this commitment, the Search Provider requires any individual or entity that uses the Search Technology to respect the legal rights of such third parties, and abide by the legal guidelines or terms of service provided by such third parties.
Please note that any failure to follow such third party guidelines or terms of service will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions of your Distribution Agreement with the Search Provider (the “Agreement”).
The following list includes some of the third party policies that apply:
2. Use of TRUSTe Services - Use of any products or services provided by TRUSTe (http://www.truste.com
) in connection with any Search Provider-powered application and/or the Search Technology will only be made in accordance with the specific terms set forth in the Distribution Agreement and the general terms available in the TRUSTe website.
3. Use of Third Party Application Stores or Application Galleries - Promotion or distribution of any application that uses or distributes the Search Technology, as part of a third party application store, gallery or similar system (by way of example only, Mozilla Firefox add-on gallery, Apple store, Android Market and others), will only be made in accordance with the guidelines or terms of service provided by the third party operating such store or gallery.
The Search Provider may modify these guidelines from time to time, so please review them frequently. When these modifications are made, a new copy of the Third Party Guidelines will be available at: http://www.mobisearches.com/third-party-guidelines.html
. The Search Provider will also update the "Last Updated Date" at the bottom of the page. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Distribution Agreement, you understand and agree that by accessing and using the Search Technology after the Search Provider has posted any modification to the Third Party Guidelines, the Search Provider will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Third Party Guidelines. If the modifications to the Third Party Guidelines are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Search Technology.
